Adrian is the Managing Principal Accountant at IAS, Adrian started his career in Accounting as a graduate from UniSA. He has grown IAS to service over 1,000 + clients over the past 11 years. 
 

Adrian is passionate about business and helps many small to medium sized businesses with compliance, tax planning and advice to ensure each business can reach it's full potential.

Office manager/ Bookkeeper.

Tahlia has held the position of Office Manager and Bookkeeper at IAS since early 2020. She is a certified Xero Advisor and Payroll Specialist, with extensive experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses across a broad range of industries.

With a strong focus on efficiency and compliance, Tahlia works closely with business owners to maintain organized financial records, streamline processes, and ensure reporting obligations are met. She is committed to providing prompt, friendly service and building lasting client relationships based on trust and reliability.

Holly Li

Senior Accountant.

Holly joined IAS in 2024 as an Accountant and brings over 9 years of accounting experience since 2017. She holds a Master of Commerce, specializing in Accounting, and is a CPA member. Holly delivers professional and personalised tax and accounting services to a range of SMEs at IAS, with particular expertise in managing complex taxation and accounting matters for small businesses.

As a Chinese native, Holly is fluent in both Mandarin and English and is able to
comprehensively advise all her clients on complex taxation issues in a way that is easy to
understand.

Tyron De Guzman

Accountant.

Tyron joined IAS in 2024 as a Tax and SMSF Accountant. As a CPA member and Xero Certified Advisor, Tyron provides professional and personalised accounting and taxation services to a broad range of clients, with particular expertise in taxation compliance and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs).

Tyron provides clear advice and assists clients with their tax and compliance needs. He takes a practical approach and ensures complex matters are explained in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

Belinda Dennis

Admin/ Office Manager.

Belinda joined IAS as our Administration and Office Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in accounting support and office management.

As the welcoming face of IAS, Belinda manages front-of-house operations and ensures the office runs efficiently each day. Her organized approach, attention to detail, and friendly manner create a professional and positive experience for all clients.
